Throughout the month, events are happening both in-person and online, and include animal enrichment, educational tips, learning opportunities, sustainable giveaways, and free Zoo ticket prizes - including the #SaveThePlanet social media contest. On Earth Day, the zoo will celebrating with special animal feedings, enrichment activities and presentations throughout the day. Guests are also encouraged to bring a used cell phone for recycling. They will be entered into a drawing to win a pair of zoo tickets. This event is happening on Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
