The Biofine Eco and FermCap Eco, two new plant-based processing aids from Kerry, a global leader in flavor and nutrition innovation, are designed to assist brewers create beers that are friendly to vegans while lowering their carbon footprint and expenses.

Kerry, a leader in flavor and nutrition, has introduced two new plant-based products that are sustainable.Innovative plant-based products from Kerry replace traditional animal fining and antifoaming ingredients used in brewing, such as gelatin, fish isinglass, milk's casein, and egg albumen. According to Kerry, manufacturers may easily include these new substitutes into their beer brewing process without severely affecting the properties of the finished product.
