After all, a product with an environmentally friendly production or packaging process frequently brings more advantages to the business in its competition. One of the largest grocery chains in Vietnam, BigC, which is Thai-owned, recently released a survey claiming that 31% of customers are willing to spend more for products that support environmental protection. As a result, a lot of Vietnamese businesses, especially big ones, have started to change their products to be more ecologically friendly.
A research by the Korean company Baemin, which offers food delivery services, found that using EVs reduces maintenance expenses by 50% and fuel expenditures by 30%. If Baemin is successful in integrating EVs into its transportation service, this will enable it to lower its operating expenses by up to 30%.
