GRI Introduces Green XLR Earth 65+

The Green XLR EARTH 65+ has been produced using 37.5% sustainable materials. Benefitting from a tread design that creates a virtual rib, the tire delivers comfort for drivers of vehicles being used both on- and off-road. It also improves steering inputs for tractors traveling at higher speeds. Furthermore, a curved lug angle at the center of the tread ensures better fuel efficiency and increased off-road traction for longer service life. Green in color, the tire has been manufactured using several bio-sourced, sustainable and recycled materials, including pure natural rubber, highly dispersible silica, recycled carbon black and reclaimed rubber from end-of-life tires. Instead of petroleum-based oil, GRI has chosen to use sustainable and natural soybean oil within the Green XLR Earth 65+ to further reduce its carbon footprint. The Green XLR Earth 65+ will be launched commercially in the first few months of 2023.
