A new YouTube video features an off-grid farmer in rural Kentucky who has no formal identity and shows off his very simple existence. He is now looking for a new addition to his basic existence - a wife to love. Titus Morris has been living in a remote region of the Appalachian Mountains for the past eight years, with no electricity, running water, or a car. In the summer, he even ditches his shoes in favor of bare feet. Titus now reveals his daily routine and how he survives life in rural Kentucky in an hour-long documentary filmed by YouTuber Peter Santenello.
Titus says his monthly expenses are roughly $140 (£109) because he farms potatoes, does laundry in the nearby river, and feeds his horses. His meager earnings come from horse training and shoeing. His monthly expenses include $90 (£70) for a landline phone, which he has built in a shed near his trailer home so he can share it with a neighbor. He then spends about $20 (£25) each month on food for his dogs Sadie and Spartacus, as well as another $30 (£23) on fruit he can't cultivate, such as bananas and Himalayan salt.
