In Malaysia, due to better health care, the ageing population is predicted to grow in the next 10-20 years. However, most of them live isolated life. Thus studies deals with the idea of developing sustainable retirement community for urban golden-agers along with universal housing design and an innovative design approach. This will allow them to live the rest of their life peacefully among the peer groups.
